We recommend that you treat natural wood finish handles once per month to maintain their soft and smooth grip. Evenly distribute a small amount of mineral oil over each handle with a dry cloth. Let the oil sit for about 20 minutes to allow the mineral oil to soak into the wood. Once done, wipe away any excess oil with a clean, dry cloth.
Note: Knives should only be placed in the Schmidt Bros. Knife Block when they are completely dry. Any residual moisture may cause molding and damage to the Knife Block.
